As always, at St. Katherine’s School, we encourage children to be active for the recommended 60 minutes a day. Here are some ways you can keep PE going at home.
Whilst at home, you can have access to our online PE resource – Cyber Coach.
To login, follow this link: https://smart.cyber-coach.co.uk/login
You will then need to put in the school email address: firstname.lastname@example.org and the password: me65ej
Once logged in, you will have access to lots of PE activities. Choose your age range, then choose if you would like to try a ‘Wake and Shake’ activity (good for anytime of day though!) or whether you would like to learn a ‘Routine’. The routines are all themed so there will be something for everyone. You can choose one or multiple sections so you can be active from 5-60 minutes in one session.
In addition to Cyber Coach, there are lots of activities to keep you moving on PE Passport: https://homelearning.primarypepassport.co.uk/#/ Here you can try some personal challenges or even challenge someone at home to beat your score!
On Get Set, there are plenty of activities to keep both your mind and body active. Have an explore and try something new! Follow this link to get started: https://www.getset.co.uk/resources/travel-to-tokyo/indoor-activity
