We use the Kent syllabus to plan our Religious Education lessons. Children learn about the lives of Christians, Muslims, Hindus and Humanists. As they learn about different religions they consider their own beliefs and values. Children are taught significant stories from some religions and learn about traditions and beliefs.
Whilst the children are at ST Katherine’s they have the opportunity to visit the local church.
‘We learn about different Gods and religions and get to talk about what we think and believe.’ Mia, Year 3.
