Well Being

It's strange being back at home again so suddenly. Make sure you take the time to look after yourself. Talk to someone if you are worried or upset about anything.

Choose an activity a day from the powerpoint to keep yourself feeling positive. You can also use the links in the virtual classroom for Yoga and Guided Mediation. The PE page has some good ideas for keeping your mind and body active which will also help your well being at home.
